6pm (booked) on a Friday night but it was nearly 9 before we finished. My daughter was falling asleep on the table waiting for desert. We cancelled hers and my wife took her home as the other three of us waited for our puddings. Service was pleasant and we got an apology for the time it was taking but best part of an hour between courses is not good enough for a family diner. Last time we were there it was really good, but not so busy. Kitchens not big enough or not enough chefs ?....from out experience and the other reviews here, there's something wrong. The food was actually pretty good but because of the waiting we won't rush back.

WOW! after reading the review below I thought I would write this to say they must have had an off day that day! I was in about 10 days ago. there was just and the good lady and we had one of the nicest meals we've had in a while, the staff were very attentive, My wife and I have differant alergies and nothing was a problem for them. we usualy just go home after dinner but the staff reserved a table for us in the bar and we had a great evening, great place to spend our aniversary.

Had a lovely evening at Tony Macaroni's, Livingston on Saturday. The food was excellent, the choice good, service excellent, staff very helpful. They also made a fuss of my daughter as we were out to celebrate her 14th Birthday. One small critisism was that my father ordered fillet steak at c.£20.00 and it came on its own. Surely it would not hurt to add a little salad or some veg and onion rings and a few saute potatoes. Otherwise it was an excellent eveing
